Sharam Rahi, Chairman
Executive Vice President of Fastighets AB Balder listed on NASDAQ OMX Stockholm, Mid Cap. Mr. Rahi has an extensive experience from the real estate industry where he together with Erik Selin, Balder's CEO and controlling shareholder, successfully has expanded the property portfolio from SEK 2.7 billion to SEK 24 billion in seven years. Mr. Rahi is also a natural born entrepreneur with experience from numerous and diverse businesses e.g. retail and media.

Martin Åberg, Chief Executive Officer
Previously CFO and marketing manager at Proximion. Prior to joining Proximion Mr. Åberg worked at Lage Jonason AB - a boutique investment bank. Between 2005 and 2006 he was part of the ABB executive trainee program. Mr. Åberg holds a M.Sc. in Engineering Physics and a M.Sc. in Business from Uppsala University. He also holds the titles AFA and CEFA issued by the Stockholm School of Economics IFL Executive Education.
